• I work on commissions from Monday to Friday, excluding sick days, emergencies and holidays. I live in Vietnam, so please take the time difference into account.
• I reserve the right to refuse the request at any time. In this case you will receive a full refund.
• I work only in my art style. If you send your emotes (from another artist) as a reference, I can take colors and designs of clothes and character from there, but my style will be the same as shown in my portfolio.
• If some specific design details (clothing, accessories, etc.) are important to you, please send them as a reference. Otherwise, I will make them as I see fit (or as in your references) and it will cost extra to change that.
• I am not responsible if the design is rejected by the rules of Twitch or any other platform.
• Don't use my artworks for AI/NFT purposes.
• You can NOT correct or edit the emote yourself or give it to another artist to redraw. This applies to both design and color. Contact me If you need design changes.
• By making a purchase you agree to my Terms of Service.PAYMENT
• Full payment is to be done after the first initial sketch review.
• Once sketches has been sent to the client, and client decides not to commission, a fee for each sketch of $10 will be charged.
• No refunds after payment.
• Payments can only be made by Paypal

• If you would like to skip the waitlist, an extra 50% of the total commission price may be paid. This will push your order to the front of the queue.DELIVERY TIME
• Regular wait time depends on your place in the queue.
• It takes 7-30 working days to work on one commission. The time may increase depending on the queue, the complexity of the work and our communication.
• Please stay in touch. If I have sent you a piece of work but have not heard back from you or requests for changes for a week, I reserve the right to continue the work. Any changes in the final work that are design-related will be charged extra.
• I try to work on requests as quickly as possible, but some stages of the work may take longer than others. Please don't rush me. I will send you updates as soon as they are ready!
• If due to personal/technical reasons I cannot complete your commission in time, you'll be informed as soon as possible.COPYRIGHT
• I retain all copyright to my art. The commissioner is allowed to repost and use the commissioned art, but credit MUST be given.
• You do not need to have commercial rights to use emotes and badges on Twitch, Discord etc., as this is their direct purpose and is not considered a sale.
• You have no rights to use commissioned works for your profit (merchandise or resale) without my permission. Please, reach out to me if you would like.
• To use commissioned artworks commercially, you need to pay extra 50% to amount price of commission for Commercial License.✧Commission process✧1. Sketching
We discuss design (and animation) with you. Please describe your ideas in as much detail as possible (the more references the better).
Next I make a sketch (lineart). At this point you can make a couple of edits. If you want to completely change the design (for example, you have a new idea for the emote), it costs extra $5 for static emotes and $10 for animated.
If you approve the sketch stage, I proceed with the color. Once you have approved any of the stages I can no longer go back to the previous stage and make edits for free. For example, if you approve the sketch (design) stage and I proceed to color, I can no longer change anything in the design for free.
2. Coloring
I will send you the colored art. You can ask to make minor edits (hue, effects, or change the color of some details).
3. Animation
The next point is for animated emotes or alerts.
After approving the color stage we can discuss the animation again, after that I will proceed with the animation. I will send you a test animation and you can ask to change the speed, movement of some details. If you want a new version of the animation that is different from the one we discussed it will cost extra $10 for each emote/alert.
After your approval I will send you the animated emotes in 28px, 56px, 112px, 500px (PNG and GIF) sizes or alerts in 1000px (GIF and WEBM). Let me know if you need other sizes.Thank you for reading!
