English is not my first language, so feel free to let me know if anything is unclear — I’ll be happy to answer your questions.GENERAL
• I work on commissions from Monday to Friday, excluding sick days, emergencies, and holidays. I live in Vietnam, so please keep the time difference in mind.
• I reserve the right to decline a request at any time. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
• I work only in my own art style. If you send emotes by another artist as a reference, I can use the colors and character/clothing design, but the final result will reflect my style, as shown in my portfolio.
• If certain design details (clothing, accessories, etc.) are important to you, please provide clear references. Otherwise, I’ll interpret them freely (or based on your provided materials), and any changes may require an additional fee.
• I’m not responsible if the final design is rejected by Twitch or any other platform’s guidelines.
• Do not use my artwork for AI or NFT-related purposes.
• You may NOT edit the emote yourself or give it to another artist to modify. This includes changes to both design and color. Please contact me if you need revisions.
• By purchasing a commission, you agree to these Terms of Service.PAYMENT
• Full payment is required after the initial sketch review.
• If sketches have been sent and the client decides not to proceed with the commission, a fee of $10 per sketch will be charged.
• No refunds will be issued after payment is made.
• Payments are accepted via PayPal only.
• Please note that PayPal fees will be added to the invoice.RUSH FEES
• If you’d like to skip the waitlist, a rush fee of 50% of the total commission price can be paid. This will move your order to the front of the queue.
• Rush slots are limited and subject to availability.DELIVERY TIME
• The regular wait time depends on your position in the queue.
• Completion time for one commission ranges from 7 to 30 working days, depending on queue length, project complexity, and communication speed.
• Please stay in touch. If I send you a work-in-progress and don’t receive a reply within 7 days, I reserve the right to continue the work. Design-related changes requested after that point may incur an additional fee.
• I do my best to work efficiently, but some stages may take longer than others. Please be patient — I’ll send updates as soon as they’re ready!
• Additional check-in messages won’t speed up the process.
If you have a deadline (for example, you need the emotes ready for your debut), please mention it when placing your order! I’ll do my best to deliver your emotes on time — I’ve never missed a deadline :)
• If I’m unable to complete your commission on time due to personal or technical reasons, I’ll notify you as soon as possible.COPYRIGHT
• I retain full copyright to my artwork. You may repost or use the commissioned piece, but credit is required.
• You do not need a commercial license to use emotes or badges on Twitch, Discord, or similar platforms — this is considered personal use.
• You may not use the commissioned artwork for profit (e.g. merchandise, resale) without my permission. Please contact me if you’re interested in commercial use.
• To use the artwork commercially, a Commercial License must be purchased for an additional +100% of the commission price.WORK PROCESS
1. Sketching
• We’ll first discuss the design (and animation, if applicable). Please describe your ideas in as much detail as possible — the more references, the better!
• Next, I’ll create a sketch (lineart). At this stage, you can request a few adjustments. If you decide to completely change the design (for example, come up with a new idea for the emote), it will cost an additional $5 for static emotes and $10 for animated ones.
• Once the sketch is approved, I’ll move on to coloring. Please note: once a stage is approved, I can’t return to the previous one without an extra fee.
For example, if you approve the sketch and I proceed to color, further design changes will not be free.2. Coloring
• I’ll send you the colored version. You can request minor adjustments — such as color tweaks, effects, or small detail edits.
• For orders of 3 emotes or more, I usually send one fully colored emote first so you can review and confirm the base colors.
Once approved, any base color changes to the remaining emotes will require an additional fee.3. Animation (for animated emotes or alerts)
• After you approve the color stage, we’ll finalize the animation plan. I’ll create a test animation and send it for review. You may request changes to speed or movement of certain elements.
If you’d like a completely new animation concept that differs from what we agreed on, an additional $20 fee applies per emote/alert.• You have 2 free revision rounds during the process.
Each additional revision (after the second) will cost $15 per round.• Once approved, I’ll deliver the final files in the following sizes:
• Emotes – 28px, 56px, 112px, 300px (PNG/GIF)
• Alerts – 1000px (GIF + WEBM)
Let me know in advance if you need different sizes.
• If the final files (GIFs and PNGs) have already been delivered, but you later decide to make changes to the emote, an additional fee will apply depending on the complexity of the revision
• Standard edit fee for a static emote: $10+
• Standard edit fee for an animated emote: $15+If the change is needed due to an error on my part (e.g., wrong resolution or file format), you won’t be charged anything.Thank you for reading!
